In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on jaya46, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Access to jaya46 by any individual under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
2. You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of jaya46, its affiliates, or its licensed game suppliers.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jaya46 or by any recognised responsible gaming body.
5. You must access the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not in contravention of any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence.
6. You acknowledge that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jaya46 does not represent or warrant that accessing the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether in your own name, a family member's name, or through any alias — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. jaya46 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure. You must notify jaya46 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification. jaya46 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or bank statement. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 14 days of request may result in Account suspension.

3.5 Account Currency. All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No other currency is accepted for deposits or withdrawals on the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jaya46 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

4.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits. The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. Minimum withdrawal is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. jaya46 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Processing Times. Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 5 minutes of confirmed receipt by jaya46's payment processor. Withdrawal requests submitted during WIB business hours (09:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next available business day, subject to KYC clearance.

4.4 Fees. jaya46 charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jaya46 accepts no liability.

4.5 Own Account Restriction. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Transactions flagged as third-party will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. All transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. jaya46 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for any deposit. Suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the associated Account will be immediately suspended.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All Bonuses offered by jaya46 are subject to specific promotional terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion's terms will prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, all Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any Bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; unfulfilled Bonuses expire automatically.

5.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Sports bets, live casino games, and slots may carry different contribution percentages. Full contribution tables are available in the promotions section of the Platform.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. jaya46 reserves the right to void Bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend an Account, where there is reasonable evidence of Bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

5.5 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active deposit Bonus simultaneously, unless expressly permitted by the terms of a specific promotion.

5.6 Withdrawal During Active Bonus. If a withdrawal is requested while a Bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, the Bonus and any Bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited before the withdrawal is processed. Only funds from real-money deposits will be returned.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. jaya46 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases where odds were published in error, where system errors occurred, or where suspicious betting patterns are detected.

6.2 Odds & Results. All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, the odds are locked. Official match or draw results as published by the relevant governing body will be used to settle all bets. jaya46's settlement decision is final.

6.3 Togel Markets. For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, results are sourced from the official draw announcements of the corresponding lottery pools (Singapore, Hongkong, Sydney, and others). Draw schedules are displayed in the togel lobby. jaya46 is not responsible for delays or changes in official draw schedules caused by the issuing authority.

6.4 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. Connectivity issues on the Player's side during live betting do not entitle the Player to a refund or bet reversal. jaya46 recommends a stable internet connection for live wagering.

6.5 Minimum & Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the betting interface at the time of wagering. These limits may vary by market, event, and Player tier and are subject to change without notice.

6.6 RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG)-based games — including slots, virtual sports, and RNG table games — use certified random number generation systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaya46 Platform. Engaging in any of them constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, claim Bonuses, or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner.
2. Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or bet outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or live table games.
3. Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions.
4. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the Platform.
5. Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
6. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jaya46 staff, customer support agents, or other Players through any communication channel.
7. Opening multiple Accounts or assisting another person in doing so to exploit welcome bonuses or other first-time promotions.
8. Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person.

8.1 All content on the jaya46 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data — is the proprietary property of jaya46 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content.

8.3 All game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft — remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to jaya46 for display on the Platform. Players have no rights over such content beyond the personal use licence described above.

9.1 jaya46 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

9.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

9.3 jaya46 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores sensitive data on secured, access-controlled servers. However, no digital transmission can be guaranteed to be entirely secure, and jaya46 accepts no liability for breaches resulting from factors outside its reasonable control.

10.1 jaya46 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits within their Account settings. These tools take effect immediately when reducing limits and are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period when increasing them.

10.2 Players may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 6 weeks) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business hour and cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period chosen.

10.3 Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals aged 21 or older. jaya46 uses KYC verification as its primary age-verification mechanism and cooperates with any guardians or family members who have evidence that a minor has accessed the Platform.

11.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jaya46 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any of its services.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jaya46 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including losses arising from gambling outcomes, system downtime, or data loss.

11.3 jaya46's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jaya46's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 By jaya46. jaya46 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where closure is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. In such cases, jaya46 will return any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of any Bonuses and associated winnings subject to forfeiture.

12.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting support. Pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules before final balance calculation. jaya46 targets processing closure requests within 5 business days.

12.3 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. jaya46 may apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances, as detailed in the cashier section of the Platform. Players will receive email notice before any dormancy fee is applied.

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jaya46 is incorporated and licensed to operate as an international online gaming operator. The specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Players upon written request to [email protected].

13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

13.3 Nothing in this clause prevents jaya46 from seeking urgent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or other proprietary interests.

14.1 jaya46 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the change.

14.3 The version number and date at the top of this document identify the currently effective version. Prior versions are available upon written request.
